ADESS has revealed its AD25 prototype, the third-generation LMP3 challenger that’s set to be eligible in the European Le Mans Series and Michelin Le Mans Cup beginning next year.
The AD25, powered by the category’s new ORECA-developed, Toyota-based 3.5-liter twin-turbo V6 engine, features an all-new cooling system and rear bodywork kit to conform to the refreshed LMP3 regulations.
The Stephane Chosse-led organization has outlined plans for an initial rollout of the updated car “in the coming days” at Estoril, near the constructor’s Portugal base, which will be followed by a testing campaign.
ADESS is the second LMP3 constructor to showcase its updated car following the Ligier JS P325 that was revealed last month.
The new cars’ eligibility is expected to expand into IMSA VP Racing SportsCar Challenge, Asian Le Mans Series and other LMP3-eligible championships beginning in 2026.
