Manthey has finalized its driver lineups for its pair of Porsche 911 GT3 R entries for the 2026 FIA World Endurance Championship season.

Earlier this month, it was announced that DTM champion Ayhancan Guven and series veteran Richard Lietz, who has been part of the title-winning lineup this year, would be the respective pro drivers for the German squad’s two LMGT3 crews.

Lietz will be joined once again by Riccardo Pera and Yasser Shahin aboard the No. 92 car, which will run under the ‘The Bend Manthey’ banner as Bronze-rated Shahin returns to Manthey after spending last season with Team WRT.

Shahin replaces Ryan Hardwick, who was part of this year’s LMGT3 title-winning effort together with Lietz and Pera.

Making the same move as Shahin is Silver-rated Timur Boguslavskiy, who will form a combination with Guven and James Cottingham in the sister No. 91 car.

Cottingham makes the switch to Manthey after two seasons with United Autosports, with the No. 91 entry being renamed ‘Manthey DK Engineering’ in deference to the family-owned British company for which he serves as managing director.

Manthey managing director Nicolas Raeder commented: “After two incredibly successful years in the WEC in 2024 and 2025, we are proud to remain part of the series next year.

“With James and DK Engineering as well as Timur, we have strong new partners joining the team. James and Timur are experienced drivers in the WEC and I am excited to see what we can achieve together.

“They will be joined by Ayhancan, with whom we undoubtedly want to build on the successes achieved in the last two years.

“The second car will be lined up by familiar faces and we are proud that Yasser will be part of the team again next year, as we have a strong connection with him.

“After winning not only the championship but also the 24 Hours of Le Mans twice in a row in the last two seasons, our goal is clear: to continue the momentum of these years and defend our titles.”
