Audi has confirmed the driver lineup for its two-car factory supported effort in February’s Liqui Moly Bathurst 12 Hour.
Phoenix Racing will field a pair of Audi R8 LMS ultras, with the No. 16 entry to be driven by Laurens Vanthoor, Christopher Haase and stratos jumper Felix Baumgartner, who will make his Bathurst debut.
The No. 17 car will be driven by reigning Nurburgring 24 winners Rene Rast and Markus Winkelhock plus Marco Mapelli.
Five additional Audis are expected for the around-the-clock marathon on Mount Panorama, including entries from Team Eva-Racing, United Autosports, plus entries from Marc Cini, Steve McLaughlan and Rod Salmon.
The Bathurst 12 Hour is scheduled for Feb. 6-8.
