Car Collection Set for Switch to Audi R8 LMS for 2016

Car Collection Motorsport is the latest team to have committed to the new Audi R8 LMS, having announced that it will take delivery of two of the latest-generation GT3 cars ahead of a planned multi-championship program next year.

The German squad, which switches from Mercedes, will give the Audis its debut at the Hankook 24 Hours of Dubai, with Johannes Kirchhoff, Gustav Edelhoff, Max Edelhoff, Ingo Vogler and Elmar Grimm already confirmed as drivers.

The team will take part in the entire 24H Series, with a Blancpain GT Series effort under evaluation, as well as a potential third program in a GT series such as ADAC GT Masters or the new Michelin GT3 Le Mans Cup, which will support European Le Mans Series weekends.
