Lionspeed GP has revealed a strong lineup for its return to the Nürburgring 24 after a year away, with Porsche factory drivers Laurens Vanthoor and Laurin Heinrich joining team regular Ricardo Feller.

Vanthoor is a previous winner of the Nordschleife contest, having triumphed in 2015 at the wheel of an Audi R8 LMS GT3 with Team WRT and was second on his most recent appearance with the Manthey Porsche squad in 2024.

He will now team up with Lionspeed GP for the first time at the wheel of its Porsche 911 GT3 R Evo for the May 16-17 race.

Heinrich is also new to the team and has only competed in the N24 once before, when he was at the wheel of a Dinamic GT Porsche alongside Vanthoor in 2023.

Feller, a Porsche-contracted driver, has plenty more Lionspeed GP experience, however, having contested last year’s GT World Challenge Europe powered by AWS with the squad.

The Swiss driver is also another past winner of the N24, having triumphed in 2024 when driving a Scherer Sport Audi.

Lionspeed GP has previously been a class winner in the contest, twice topping the SP9 Pro-Am division, but will now be bidding for outright glory.
