A further five entries have recently been confirmed for the inaugural FIA GT Nations Cup in Bahrain later this year, bringing the grid size up to nine cars for the Pro-Am GT3 event.
Teams representing Belgium, Sweden, Belarus, Japan and Italy have revealed entries, joining the previously-confirmed French, Australian, German and Russian cars.
Belgian Audi Club Team WRT will fly the flag for its home country with an Audi R8 LMS GT3 driven by Mike Den Tandt and Charles Weerts.
Alexander West and Victor Bouveng will drive a Garage 59-prepared McLaren 650S GT3 for Sweden, meanwhile.
AF Corse will run three Ferrari 488 GT3s with Ken Seto and Tamotsu Kondo representing Japan and Piergiuseppe Perazzini and Matteo Cressoni in the Italian-entered car.
Its third car will represent Belarus with the father-and-son duo of Alexander Talkanitsa Sr. and Alexander Talkanitsa Jr. driving.
A further five entries will be revealed next week ahead of the race which will take place on Nov. 30 – Dec. 1.
The weekend will include a pair of qualifying races followed by a one-hour main race under the floodlights at Bahrain International Circuit.
