A total of 36 cars are entered for this weekend’s three Pirelli GT4 America rounds at Sebring International Raceway.
The entry list, featuring Silver, Pro-Am and Am class competitors, will see notable returns including the No. 2 Flying Lizard Motorsports Aston Martin Vantage GT4 of Jason Bell and Michael Cooper, as well as John Capestro-Dubets in the No. 51 Auto Technic Racing BMW M4 GT4 following his recovery from multiple fractured vertebrae sustained in an accident last month.
Capestro-Dubets’ co-driver Zac Anderson, who drove solo at Road America, came out on top of Race 2 and currently leads the Silver class championship by 25 points over the Conquest Racing/JMF Motorsports duo of Michai Stephens and Jesse Webb.
Pro-Am sees BimmerWorld’s James Walker Jr. and Tyler McQuarrie with a 20-point advantage ahead of the Nolasport duo of Matt Travis and Jason Hart, who had a race to forget in Race 1 at Road America before rebounding to finish second in class in Race 2.
The Am class, meanwhile, has the largest points lead with BimmerWorld drivers James Clay and Charlie Postins with a 76-point buffer over STR38 Racing’s Robert Mau and Chris Allen heading into the final four races of the season.
GT4 America competitors take to the track on Thursday for two test sessions and an official practice, a makeup race for NOLA on Friday at 5 p.m. EDT, followed by qualifying for the Sebring races on Saturday, Race 1 (5 p.m. EDT) and Race 2 on Sunday (10:50 a.m.).
All three races will be streamed live on SRO’s GT World YouTube page.
