Dickinson Paces Opening GT4 Practice in ACI Porsche

Riley Dickinson laid down the quickest time of the first practice session for Pirelli GT4 America competitors at Sonoma Raceway.

The Porsche Motorsport North America selected driver, in the Pro-Am class No. 7 ACI Motorsports Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 RS Clubsport, recorded a 1:42.626 lap time late in the 45-minute session.

Dickinson outpaced the fellow Pro-Am class No. 23 Nolasport Porsche of Matheius Leist by 0.039 seconds.

Kenton Koch was third quickest overall and topped the Silver class in the No. 97 Random Vandals Racing BMW M4 GT4 EVO, with Pro-Am teammate Josh Green fourth in the No. 94 BWW.

Alex Ellis completed the top-five in his VPX Motorsport Porsche.

The No. 606 Thunder Bunny Racing Toyota GR Supra GT4 EVO of Laura Hayes, meanwhile, paced the Am class.

There were no major incidents reported during the session.

Practice 2 gets underway at 5:15 p.m. PST.
