Ram Racing set the pace in the first official session ahead of the Total 24 Hours of Spa, Tuesday afternoon’s three-hour Bronze Test.

Darren Burke moved his No. 74 Mercedes-AMG GT3 to the top of the timesheets late in the session with a best time of 2:22.411. He shares the Ram entry with Remon Vos, Tom Onslow-Cole and Christiaan Frankenhout.

The session was reserved for all Bronze-graded drivers and any Silver-rated drivers who haven’t competed in the race before.

AF Corse’s No. 52 Ferrari 488 GT3, driven by Louis Machiels, Niek Hommerson, Andrea Bertolini and Toni Vilander placed second.

Raton Racing by Target had the best-placed Am Cup entry with its No. 29 Lamborghini Huracan GT3 Evo going third quickest.

Ombra Racing was the quickest Silver Cup team eligible to compete, finishing the session sixth on the timesheets. Its lineup includes North American Lamborghini regular Corey Lewis.

The session was red-flagged after a crash for Strakka Racing’s No. 43 Mercedes at Raidillon.

No on-track action will take place on Wednesday, with the parade to Spa city center and autograph session instead taking place in the evening.

Cars will return to the circuit on Thursday for Free Practice 1 at 11:10 a.m. local time (5:10 a.m. EDT).

RESULTS: Bronze Test
