Multiple cars have been given Balance of Performance breaks ahead of the opening GT World Challenge America powered by AWS race of the weekend at Barber Motorsports Park.

Confirmed by SRO Motorsports Group on Saturday morning, the Chevrolet Corvette Z06 GT3.R, Ferrari 296 GT3 and McLaren 720S GT3 Evo have all been given 10 kg reductions in minimum weight.

Additionally, the Ferrari has been handed a slight increase in power, at the mid-to-high RPM range, with the Aston Martin Vantage GT3 Evo handed a similar boost, but at the low-end range.

The changes, the fourth BoP change made since thew initial table was released pre-event, come ahead of Saturday afternoon’s 90-minute contest, which is scheduled to get underway at 3 p.m. CST with live coverage on SRO’s GT World YouTube channel, RACER Network and on Twitch.
