Australian team EMA Motorsport will tackle the TotalEnergies 24 Hours of Spa with a Porsche factory driver lineup that won the Rolex 24 at Daytona GTD Pro class in January.
Matt Campbell, Mathieu Jaminet and Spa debutant Felipe Nasr will represent the Melbourne-based outfit for its first attempt at the race with a Porsche 911 GT3 R.
Campbell and Jaminet are set to contest the Belgian endurance classic together for the third time in a row, having represented GPX Racing in the previous two editions.
Two-time IMSA prototype champion Nasr, meanwhile, will make his first appearance at the event after making his GT3 debut at Daytona earlier this year.
He did the Rolex 24 as an additional driver, teaming up with Pfaff Motorsports’ full-season IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship pairing of Jaminet and Campbell.
EMA Motorsport currently runs former Supercars regular David Russell in the Porsche Carrera Cup Australia series.
It last appeared on the European GT3 racing scene in 2020, when it was involved in the 59 Racing-bannered McLaren 720S GT3 that contested the first round of the Fanatec GT World Challenge Europe powered by AWS Endurance Cup season at Imola.
EMA also finished second at the Liqui-Moly Bathurst 12 Hour in early 2020 with a McLaren driven by Ben Barnicoat, Tom Blomqvist and Alvaro Parente.
It is the second Porsche team to announce its Spa lineup on Monday after KCMG, which is running a single Porsche for Laurens Vanthoor, Dennis Olsen and Nick Tandy.
