Land Audi Out Front as Darkness Falls

Montaplast by Land Motorsport has a 20-second lead in the Total 24 Hours of Spa as the race enters its nighttime hours.

Sheldon van der Linde is in the No. 29 Audi R8 LMS GT3, which inherited the lead from the No. 8 Bentley Continental GT3 shortly before the halfway mark.

Maxime Soulet is currently in the Bentley, running ahead of Christian Krognes’ Walkenhorst Motorsport BMW M6 GT3 and the ROWE Racing car of Marco Wittmann.

The race has now seen four Full Course Yellow periods, with the most recent two coming for Stuart Leonard losing a wheel and debris at Les Combes.

Chris Buncombe is out front in Pro-Am for Strakka Racing, while Andrea Rizzoli heads the Silver Cup for Ombra Racing. 

Adrian Amstutz leads in the Am Cup for Barwell Motorsport, meanwhile.
