Rutronik Moves to Lamborghini in Multi-Year Partnership

Rutronik Racing has announced a new, multi-year partnership with Lamborghini that will see the team field the new Temerario GT3 in GT World Challenge Europe powered by AWS next year.

The Klaus Graf-led squad has campaigned Porsche machinery for the past few seasons, most notably taking the Endurance Cup title this year with Alessio Picariello, Patric Niederhauser and Sven Mueller.

As part of the new partnership with Lamborghini, Rutronik will become one of the first teams to run the Temerario GT3 in Europe, with GRT Grasser Racing Team, ABT Sportsline and Vincenzo Sospiri Racing also understood in the frame as initial European operators.

While the team will release further details regarding its drivers at a later date, it has already hinted that it will field a “it will be a pure Lamborghini factory driver lineup” that will join the team for its first season with the brand.

“For Rutronik Racing, this is another milestone in the team’s development.

“We are very proud of what we have achieved in recent years, which we were able to confirm with the title in the GT World Challenge Europe Endurance Cup.

Rouven Mohr, Lamborghini Chief Technical Officer, added: “The 2026 season marks the racing debut of the Temerario GT3 in a prestigious championship such as the GT World Challenge Europe.
