Team WRT has revealed its final two lineups for the GT World Challenge Europe powered by AWS this season, with Jordan Pepper adding a Sprint Cup campaign to his already announced Endurance program, while TCR World Tour podium finisher Ignacio Montenegro and FIA Formula 2 driver Amaury Cordeel will move into sports car racing.

New BMW factory driver Pepper had already been announced alongside reigning champions Kelvin van der Linde and Charles Weerts but will now also tackle a Sprint Cup campaign in the No. 31 BMW M4 GT3 EVO sharing with Cordeel.

Belgian Cordeel, 23, has competed in F2 for the past four seasons – finishing 19th in the 2025 standings – but is now preparing for a fresh challenge.

Meanwhile, Argentinean Montenegro, 21, has established himself as one of the rising stars of tin-top competition, ending last year 10th in the TCR World Tour table having previously been a TCR Europe frontrunner, but will now make the switch to endurance racing with WRT.

Montenegro will be be paired with Matisse Lismont, 21 – who was victorious during a couple of outings with WRT at the end of last year, having previously driven for Comtoyou Racing and Steller Motorsport in the series – in the Sprint Cup. Cordeel will then join the duo for the Endurance Cup rounds aboard the No. 30 machine.

“I am really happy to have the opportunity to race the full GT World Challenge Europe season with Team WRT,” said Lismont.

“I got to know them last year and we already had some success, so we know from the start that this can be a winning combination.

“While my team-mates are both new to the series, they are really experienced and will bring different perspectives that I can learn from.

“We have been testing together as a team and I am confident that we can be very successful in the Silver Cup. WRT has chosen us from a lot of candidates because they believe we can be a strong package.”

This completes WRT’s quartet of BMW lineups following on from confirmation of the return of Valentino Rossi alongside Max Hesse, with Dan Harper joining for the Endurance Cup.
