Carrera Cup GB Rising Star Martin Joins JDX’s Lineup

Porsche Carrera Cup Great Britain rising star Will Martin has joined JDX Racing as part of its effort in Porsche Deluxe Carrera Cup North America this year.

The up-and-coming British driver joins the previously announced Elias De La Torre IV in the Colorado-based team’s lineup in the North American single-make series.

Additionally, the Jeremy Dale-led team will also support PT Autosport’s effort.

“We had many goals for 2023 and one goal was to have a driver who could contend for a championship, and Will is that driver,” said Dale.

“He’s a proven race winner and pole sitter in a 992-cup car, which is exactly what we need to bring a championship.

“Though he is new to the series, he has already jelled with the team and I have zero doubt he’ll be at the sharp end of the grid throughout the year. We can’t wait to get started.”

Martin added:v”I have risen through the ranks of karting and junior car racing, to become the youngest driver to ever win a race in Porsche Carrera Cup GB.

“With numerous wins and multiple podium finishes under my belt, I’m looking forward to even greater success with JDX Racing.”
