A bumper grid of 47 entries are set for the IMSA SportsCar Weekend at Road America, including several notable additions to the field, as all four IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship classes return to action on the same weekend.

Released on Wednesday, the entry list comprises of ten GTP cars, 12 LMP2s, ten GTD Pro cars and 15 GTD entries.

Of note, the No. 04 CrowdStrike by APR Oreca 07 Gibson of George Kurtz and Colin Braun is not entered.

This comes after CrowdStrike by Riley’s Fanatec GT World Challenge America powered by AWS effort pulled out of Virginia International Raceway last weekend amid the cybersecurity company’s global outage.

Andretti Motorsports’ Porsche 911 GT3 R, meanwhile, is absent for the second consecutive race in GTD.

Additional entries for Road America, however, come in the form of a JDC-Miller Motorsports-entered Oreca 07 Gibson for Gerry Kraut and Scott Andrews in LMP2.

Conquest Racing will field a second Ferrari 296 GT3, designated for the GTD Pro class, featuring Giacomo Altoe and Ferrari factory driver Daniel Serra.

Wright Motorsports will return to regular-season competition with its Porsche for Elliott Skeer and Adam Adelson, while Michelin Endurance Cup entrants Triarsi Competizione has also entered its Ferrari with Onofrio Triarsi and Alessio Rovera.

Tonis Kasemets, meanwhile, will sub for Lance Willsey in the. No. 33 Sean Creech Motorsport Ligier JS P217 Gibson, with Kenton Koch in the No. 32 Korthoff/Preston Motorsports Mercedes-AMG GT3 Evo in place of Mike Skeen.

There’s also a driver change in the No. 45 Wayne Taylor Racing with Andretti Lamborghini Huracan GT3 EVO2, which sees Lamborghini factory driver Sandy Mitchell replace Kyle Marcelli.

Mitchell is understood to have previously tested with the team earlier this year.

The name of Laurin Heinrich’s new co-driver, replacing the departed Seb Priaulx, has not yet been announced.

Track action gets underway on Fri. Aug. 2, ahead of the two-hour and 40-minute race on Sun. Aug. 4.
