Inter Europol Competition has announced Nick Yelloly will complete its driver lineup for next year’s European Le Mans Series, with the Acura IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship star also joining the team for the 24 Hours of Le Mans.

Yelloly joins the previously-revealed Tom Dillmann and Kuba Schmiechowski at the wheel of the team’s No. 43 Oreca 07 Gibson for the six-round ELMS, with the same lineup also poised to take on the blue riband round of the FIA World Endurance Championship.

Inter Europol has an automatic invitation to the 24H Le Mans by virtue of its runner-up position in last year’s European Le Mans Series.

The sister No. 34 car will be shared by Silver-rated Portuguese driver Pedro Perino, who steps up from Inter Europol’s LMP3 entry, Luca Ghiotto and another new addition to the team, Jean-Baptiste Simmenauer, who raced last year for Duqueine.

Yelloly will combine his new commitments for Inter Europol with his full-time WeatherTech Championship drive for Acura Meyer Shank Racing.

“We’re all looking forward to the next European Le Mans Series, and it’s great to be joining a team that has had such fantastic results, something I got to witness as I did the last three rounds [for Nielsen Racing],” said Yelloly.

“The team is strong and competitive, and with the lineup of myself, Kuba, and Tom going into the new season, we can only be hoping for good things.

“Also, it will be good to race with Inter Europol Competition at Le Mans, a place where they have had great success, so I am looking forward to that as well.

“Frankly, the aims are clear; we want to be at the front and win the championship. If we can tick that off, along with a Le Mans win, even better.”

Dillmann finished second in the ELMS standings this year alongside teammate Sebastian Alvarez and Vlad Lomko, while the sister Inter Europol entry shared by Ghiotto, Oliver Gray and Clement Novalak finished seventh overall.

As well as aiming for the ELMS title, team director Sascha Fassbender said that the team is targeting a repeat of its 2023 Le Mans LMP2 triumph next year.

“I am very happy to announce the 2025 European Le Mans Series driver lineups,” said Fassbender. “I believe we have very strong lineups in both cars, which should both be capable of fighting for victories in ELMS.

“Unfortunately, in 2024, we were only able to achieve second place, so next year, we want to go on the full attack and secure the ELMS title.

“I also think that with Kuba, Nick, and Tom, we have a very strong car for Le Mans, allowing us to aim to repeat our success from 2023.”

Inter Europol also has a single entry in the LMP3 class of the ELMS, with Tim Creswick and Douwe Dedecker already confirmed aboard the No. 88 Ligier JS P325 Toyota.
