IMSA launches all-new Web site design…

IMSA has launched an all-new Web site design for IMSA.com, aimed to provide a single home for all of its sanctioned sports car championships.

The design provides improved navigation and direct access to all seven IMSA-sanctioned series. A front page “rotator” helps shift between series and its associated content.

Additionally, IMSA.tv is now fully integrated, as well as a new timing & scoring system, developed by Alkamel Systems, built directly into the site that will automatically import and update results.

“[The] launch of the new IMSA.com is the culmination of a project more than a year in the making,” said IMSA Vice President, Marketing David Pettit.

“We started with consumer research to fully understand what our fans wanted, such as the timing & scoring results and points standings being front and center.

“We then went to great lengths to develop a site that is intuitive for users and gives us the appropriate platform to provide our fans the information and content they want.

“This website accomplishes that goal. It offers something for everybody in an easy-to-use format, whether you’re a long-time fan, first-time visitor or an IMSA stakeholder or competitor.”
