Lamborghini Squadra Corse has selected 23 drivers for its Young Drivers Program this year, including two representing the Lamborghini Super Trofeo North America Series.
Now in its fourth year, the scholarship program is reserved for drivers aged 17-26 that are already racing in one or more of the Super Trofeo series in Europe, Asia and North America.
The list features a number of new and familiar faces, with drivers such as Rik Breukers, Loris Spinelli and Nicolas Costa returning to the program, while 2016 Super Trofeo World Champion Dennis Lind has graduated to the GT3 Junior Program.
New recruits for this year include Axcil Jefferies, Carrie Schreiner and Jonathan Cecotto, with Trent Hindman and Brandon Gdovic representing the North American contingent of drivers.
Members of the program have access to a range of “professional growth opportunities” including driver coaching and training camps throughout the year.
