Pfaff Motorsports has taken the wraps off the new livery for its McLaren 720S GT3 Evo that will compete in the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship GTD Pro class next year.
The Canadian squad, known for its plaid liveries on Porsches, has incorporated a subtle plaid design into the McLaren, which is predominately sporting orange and black colors.
It features sponsorship from Driveway, Motul, MotoMaster and McLaren Toronto, among other partners for the team’s switch to the British manufacturer after multiple championship-winning years with Porsche.
Oliver Jarvis and McLaren factory driver Marvin Kirchhofer will drive the car for the full season, with James Hinchcliffe joining for the Michelin Endurance Cup races and Alexander Rossi for next month’s season-opening Rolex 24 at Daytona.
It will be one of two McLarens on the grid in the WeatherTech Championship in 2024, with Inception Racing returning with its effort in the GTD class.
