European Le Mans Series race winner Job van Uitert has completed TDS Racing’s lineup in its No. 35 Oreca 07 Gibson for next month’s Rolex 24 at Daytona.

The 24-year-old Dutchman joins full season drivers Francois Heriau and Giedo van der Garde, along with Josh Pierson in the LMP2 class entry for the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship season opener.

It will mark his second Rolex 24 start after having been part of the TDS-run Racing Team Nederland effort in the 2021 edition.

“I am very grateful to TDS Racing and François for the opportunity to participate in this legendary event,” van Uitert said.

“With this lineup, I believe we definitely have a chance to fight for class victory, although everyone knows the Rolex 24 chooses its own winners.

“It is up to us to be as prepared as possible and to keep our heads down throughout the entire week.

“I’m convinced that Giedo, Josh and François share the same fighting spirit as me, and I cannot wait to get behind the wheel of the No. 35 machine.”

The No. 35 Oreca is one of ten LMP2 entries confirmed for the Florida endurance classic, which will feature a capacity 60-car grid.

As previously announced, TDS’ second Oreca in the race will be driven by Steven Thomas, Mikkel Jensen, Scott Huffaker and NTT IndyCar Series ace Rinus Veekay.
