Luca Stolz will complete Keating Motorsports’ lineup for the 24 Hours of Le Mans, with the Silver-rated German joining Jeroen Bleekemolen and Ben Keating at the wheel of the Risi Competizione-prepared Ferrari 488 GTE.
The 22-year-old, who was part of Riley Team AMG’s lineup for the Rolex 24 at Daytona alongside Keating and Bleekemolen, will be making his Le Mans debut.
“We’re happy to have Luca joining Jeroen and me for the 24 Hours of Le Mans,” Keating said “Although he’ll be new to Le Mans, he’s proven himself with us and that he is mature enough to handle endurance racing with both speed and a level head.”
A veteran of the Blancpain GT Series and ADAC GT Masters, Stolz also claimed Pro-Am class honors in the Liqui-Moly Bathurst 12 Hour, at the wheel of Black Swan Racing’s Porsche 911 GT3 R.
“I am very honored to be asked to drive with Ben and Jeroen at this year’s 24 Hours of Le Mans,” Stolz said.
“It’s every driver’s dream to compete at Le Mans and for me that’s no different. Although I’m quite young, I have huge endurance racing experience and I feel ready for Le Mans. I’m really looking forward to it.”
As announced last month, Keating’s entry will be run by the Houston-based Risi squad.
