Ford Koch will make the switch from Fast Track Racing to Copeland Motorsports in Toyota GR Cup North America competition next year, having been confirmed with the Dean Copeland-led operation for the 2025 season.

Koch, who made the transition from on-track days in a Mazda MX-5 to the SRO America-run single-make series last year, joins the championship-winning organization.

“I enjoyed racing in the Toyota GR Cup series so far, and I’m really excited to join a team that’s had so much success in the series,” he said.

“I’m looking forward to learning and growing as a driver, and I can’t wait to see what we can achieve together. The Copeland Motorsports results resume is second to none, and I hope to add to it.”

Koch scored three top-ten finishes in his selected GR Cup campaign last year.

“We are excited to have Ford joining us in 2025,” said team owner Dean Copeland. “He showed speed and strength in his GR Cup starts last year, and we are hoping to build on those results and help him achieve the results he is striving for.”

The 2025 GR Cup season kicks off at Sonoma Raceway in March.
