61 Entries for Rolex 24 at Daytona

A 61-car entry list for January’s Rolex 24 at Daytona has been released by IMSA, featuring a number of changes since the initial full-season 2025 roster that was revealed by the sanctioning body in October.

Twelve GTP entries are set to do battle in the WeatherTech SportsCar Championship season opener, along with 12 LMP2 cars, 15 GTD Pro machines and 22 GTD cars.

GTP includes a single Iron Lynx-run Lamborghini SC63 for Mirko Bortolotti, Romain Grosjean, Daniil Kvyat and Edoardo Mortara, while third and potentially fourth drivers in both the customer Porsche 963s from JDC-Miller Motorsports and Proton Competition remain to be filled.

Silver-rated Bryce Aron is listed alongside Tijmen van der Helm in the No. 85 JDC-Miller Porsche, while Gianmaria Bruni and Neel Jani are in the Proton entry, which Porsche indicated last week would not be on the grid next year.

The privateer Porsches and single Lamborghini SC63, which is set for its Rolex 24 debut, join the previously confirmed lineups from Porsche Penske Motorsport, Cadillac Wayne Taylor Racing, BMW M Team RLL, Cadillac Whelen Racing and Acura Meyer Shank Racing.

United Autosports has yet to fill the majority of its lineup in the No. 2 Oreca 07 Gibson alongside the previously confirmed Ben Hanley, while only Paul di Resta and Daniel Goldberg are confirmed in the team’s No. 22 car

A TBD slot is also in the No. 88 AF Corse-run Pecom Racing entry alongside Luis Perez Companc, Nicklas Nielsen and Matthieu Vaxiviere.

Paul Miller Racing and Vasser Sullivan Racing have yet to nominate its driver lineups in GTD Pro, while Proton Competition will have a Porsche 911 GT3 R entered in the class for Thomas Preining, Richard Lietz, Matteo Cressoni and Iron Lynx team owner Claudio Schiavoni.

SunEnergy1 Racing has been granted a slot on the grid with its 75 Express-run Mercedes-AMG GT3 Evo for Kenny Habul, Mikael Grenier, Maro Engel and a fourth to-be-confirmed driver.

DragonSpeed’s move to GTD Pro also sees two to-be-confirmed drivers alongside the previously confirmed Albert Costa.

TBDs also fill a number of GTD entries, including the No. 12 Vasser Sullivan Lexus RC F GT3, Triarsi Competizione’s second Ferrari 296 GT3, Cetilar and AF Corse’s Prancing Horses, Lone Star Racing’s Mercedes-AMG, the Forte Racing Lamborghini and others.

Gradient Racing’s new Ford Mustang GT3, which features three TBDs, however, will be driven by Joey Hand, who moves from GTD Pro competition.

AF, meanwhile, has firmed up the lineup for its No. 21 Ferrari that will feature Simon Mann, Lolou Wadoux, Alessandro Pier Guidi and Kei Cozzolino.

Turner Motorsport will return with Robby Foley and Patrick Gallagher in its No. 96 BMW M4 GT3, with Jake Walker and Jens Klingmann completing the lineup for the season opener.

Of the notable absences is Risi Competizione, a longtime Ferrari entrant that had been a mainstay in IMSA GT racing for nearly two decades.

The Houston-based team did not appear on the 2025 entry lists that were released in October.
