Snow, Eidson Take Road Atlanta Poles

Madison Snow and Jacob Eidson have scored poles for this weekend’s pair of Lamborghini Super Trofeo North America races at Michelin Raceway Road Atlanta.

Snow took the No. 16 Change Racing Lamborghini Huracan Super Trofeo Evo to a quick lap of 1:20.659 in Q1, edging out the Pro championship-leading No. 6 US RaceTronics entry of Steven Aghakhani by 0.091 seconds.

Brandon Gdovic qualified third in the No. 46 Precision Performance Motorsports Lamborghini, ahead of the Pro-Am class pole-sitting No. 25 Prestige Performance/Wayne Taylor Racing machine of Andrea Amici.

Amici edged out the No. 99 ANSA Motorsports Lamborghini of Danny Formal by 0.056 seconds for class pole.

Victor Gomez (Am) and John Hennessy (LB Cup) scored class poles for both races, meanwhile.

Q2 saw Eidson reel off a 1:20.692 in the No. 6 US RaceTronics entry to take pole ahead of Snow, with Gdovic again set to line up third overall and in class.

Shelby Blackstock, who is making a guest appearance in the No. 53 Wayne Taylor Racing Lamborghini, qualified fourth with teammate Stuart Middleton completing the top-five.

Leo Lamelas, in the No. 24 US RaceTronics Lamborghini scored Pro-Am class pole honors.

Race 1 of the weekend gets underway Saturday at 8:15 a.m. ET, while Race 2 is set for Sunday at 9:10 a.m. Both will be streamed live on IMSA.com/TVLive featuring commentary from IMSA Radio’s Brian Till and Jeremy Shaw.
