Fall-Line Motorsports completed a sweep of both practice sessions on Wednesday, ahead of the Continental Tire Sports Car Challenge BMW Performance 200 at Daytona International Speedway.

Shelby Blackstock, co-driving with Ashley Freiberg in the No. 48 Fall-Line BMW M3, posted the fastest lap of the day at 1:55.681.

The No. 46 M3, driven by John Edwards and Trent Hindman, was once again second but with an improved time of 1:55.846. The No. 15 Multimatic Motorsports Ford Mustang Boss 302 R cracked the top three with Scott Maxwell and Jade Buford in at a 1:56.120.

Turner Motorsport’s pair of BMW M3s clocked in fourth and fifth, respectively, in the session. The No. 96 (Bill Auberlen/Paul Dalla Lana) finished ahead of the No. 97 (Michael Marsal/Tom Kimber-Smith).

The top six of 26 that took times in the GS field were within one second.

In ST, Murillo Racing improved from second in Practice 1 to first in Practice 2 with its No. 56 BMW 328i. Jeff Mosing, co-driving with Eric Foss, set the fastest lap of the day in class at 2:05.500.

Compass360 Racing’s No. 75 Honda Civic Si of Ryan Eversley and Kyle Gimple clocked in second at 2:05.735, while the No. 33 Skullcandy Team Nissan Altima, driven by Vesko Kozarov and Bryan Heitkotter, was third at 2:05.759.

The top 13 of 36 that took times in the ST field were within one second.

Multiple red flags interrupted the session, and Kyle Marcelli was checked and released from the infield care center.

Marcelli, one of a number of drivers competing in both the TUDOR Championship and CTSC races this week, co-drives the No. 08 Rebel Rock Racing/MBRP Racing Porsche 997 in GS with Martin Barkey.

The third practice session will run Thursday from 11:45 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. ET, which will be the last session before qualifying later on Thursday afternoon.
