The fifth round of the Continental Tire SportsCar Challenge season at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park currently lists a 29-car entry list, featuring 12 GS and 17 ST cars.

The expected reduction sees a drop of three GS and 14 ST cars compared to the previous round at Watkins Glen International last week, unless there are a handful of extra or late entries added.

In GS, Sasha Anis is still listed in the No. 8 Mantella Autosport Chevrolet Camaro Z/28.R, and Michael Lira will replace Bob Michaelian in the No. 57 Racers Edge Motorsports Ford Mustang Boss 302R.

Neither of the Automatic Racing Aston Martin Vantages nor The Little Speed Shop BMW M3 are listed.

As it stands in ST, neither of the two Team Sahlen Porsche Caymans, the three Rennsport One Porsche Caymans, two LAP Motorsports MINI JCWs, two Rebel Rock Racing Porsche Caymans, and single entries from LRT Racing, Burton Racing, DeMan Motorsports, Riley Racing and Crucial Motorsports are entered.

While there still could be some of those cars listed above entered to bring the field north of 30, the field will likely be down double digits from the 47-car field last year, which was split between 21 GS and 26 ST cars.
