AutoTechnic Racing will make its IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge debut this weekend at Lime Rock Park.

The Connecticut-based team, regulars in Pirelli GT4 America and TC America competition, will bring its BMW M4 GT4 with drivers Attilio Albani and Elivan Goulart for its home race.

It is one of 36 cars on the entry list for Saturday’s Lime Rock Park 120.

While committed to SRO America competition, the team is “taking advantage” of a two-month break in the series’ schedule to dip its toes into the IMSA paddock.

“I’m very excited to have this opportunity to drive alongside my co-driver and friend Attilio with AutoTechnic Racing in the highly competitive GS class,” said Goulart.

“We both are looking forward to being in a familiar paddock with a competitive and local team for our race at Lime Rock Park.”

Albani added: “Expanding my driving into GT4 with the BMW M4 is exciting and along with my long trusted co-driver Elivan makes it easy. We’re both looking forward to a great weekend at Lime Rock Park.”
