Jade Buford’s top lap of 2:11.610 in the No. 60 KohR Motorsports Ford Mustang was more than enough to take pole position for this afternoon’s Continental Tire SportsCar Challenge Sebring 120.

Buford edged the 76 C360R McLaren 570S GT4 of Paul Holton by 0.306 seconds in his debut with the KohR team.

Buford and co-driver Scott Maxwell, the defending series co-champion, have shifted their efforts to the KohR stable for the weekend after running for Multimatic Motorsports in the season opener.

It marked the second consecutive Continental Tire Challenge pole for the Mustang after Dean Martin claimed top honors in Daytona qualifying in the No. 59 KohR car.

Jack Roush Jr. gave Mustang two of the top three spots in his season debut with the KohR team in that No. 59 entry, with Chris Green and Matthew Keegan putting McLaren in fourth and fifth for Motorsports in Action and C360R, respectively.

Sarah Cattaneo earned the pole in ST, posting a fast lap of 2:22.265 in the No. 44 CRG – I Do Borrow Nissan Altima.

Cattaneo and co-driver Owen Trinkler are the defending ST race champions after winning at Sebring in the team’s old Honda Civic Si last year.

James Clay and Tyler Cooke will line up second in the No. 84 BimmerWorld Racing BMW 328i, while Devin Jones secured third for Bodymotion Racing and Porsche.

The Daytona class-winning No. 73 MINI of Derek Jones and Mat Pombo will roll off fifth.
