The TUDOR United SportsCar Championship’s annual trip to Canada will feature a 24-car grid for the Mobil 1 SportsCar Grand Prix July 11-12 at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park, split among three classes.

There will be nine Prototype, eight GT Le Mans and seven Prototype Challenge cars entered. PC replaces GT Daytona at the race, which will not be at CTMP this year.

ENTRY LIST: Mobil 1 SportsCar Grand Prix

No changes are expected in Prototype, although the question remains of what engine the Mazda prototypes will use for either or both of their No. 07 and 70 cars.

The No. 70 car has not raced the last two events with drivers Jonathan Bomarito and Tristan Nunez, and has been prepared with a gasoline-powered engine.

In PC, Mirco Schultis is set to return in Starworks Motorsport’s lone entry after missing Watkins Glen. Matt McMurry is set for his second straight start, switching from BAR1 to JDC-Miller Motorsports, while both BAR1 and Performance Tech Motorsports have drivers TBA.

The GTLM field remains intact from Watkins Glen, with no substitutes required.

Notably absent this year is OAK Racing, which won the race overall last year with Gustavo Yacaman and Olivier Pla dominating the day in the No. 42 Morgan Nissan.
