Cameron Quickest in Mid-Ohio Warmup

Dane Cameron set the pace in warmup for this afternoon’s Acura Sports Car Challenge presented by TLX Type S at Mid-Ohio.

The Meyer Shank Racing driver took the No. 60 Acura ARX-05 to a quick lap of 1:13.047 in the 20-minute session.

It was 0.765 seconds quicker than the No. 5 JDC-Miller Motorsports Cadillac DPi-V.R of Tristan Vautier, with Renger van der Zande third in the No. 01 Chip Ganassi Racing Cadillac.

Oliver Askew made a late-session improvement to go quickest in LMP3 in his No. 36 Andretti Autosport Ligier JS P320 Nissan while Zach Veach paced GT Daytona aboard the No. 12 Vasser Sullivan Lexus RC F GT3.

All but two cars turned laps in the session, which ran without incident.
