A three-way battle for the overall lead has broken out, with six hours remaining in the Rolex 24 at Daytona.

Pipo Derani has taken over the top spot from Christian Fittipaldi, with the No. 2 Tequila Patron ESM Ligier JS P2 Honda out-powering the Corvette DP and stretching into a lead.

The No. 10 Wayne Taylor Racing Corvette DP of Jordan Taylor runs third, also within reach for the win in the closing stages of the race.

Trouble struck the No. 31 Action Express Corvette DP again, with Jonny Adam taking the car to the garage with driveshaft issues. It was running one lap behind in seventh.

The No. 02 Chip Ganassi Racing Riley-Ford DP has also made an additional trip to the garage with issues, which has resulted in five Prototypes remaining on the lead lap.

GT Le Mans has also seen a mega battle for top honors, with the pair of Corvette C7.Rs currently ahead.

Tommy Milner holds a one-tenth lead over Antonio Garcia, with the No. 912 Porsche 911 RSR of Fred Makowiecki third and Augusto Farfus in fourth in the No. 25 BMW M6 GTLM.

The No. 3 Corvette has rebounded from a stop-and-hold penalty for speeding in the pit lane.

Magnus Racing is currently out front in GT Daytona, with the JDC Miller Motorsports Oreca FLM09 holding a ten-lap lead in Prototype Challenge, despite numerous issues.
