Dakota Dickerson will rejoin Jr III Racing for the Mobil 1 Twelve Hours of Sebring, with the former IMSA Prototype Challenge champion to share driving duties of the No. 30 Ligier JS P320 Nissan LMP3 class entry with Ari Balogh and Garett Grist for the team’s first WeatherTech SportsCar Championship start of the season.

The California native, who scored five consecutive podiums en route to the 2021 IPC title, made his debut with the Billy Glavin-led team in last year’s Sebring race where the same lineup finished second in class.

“I’m super excited to be back with Jr III Racing,” said Dickerson. “I had my first IMSA WeatherTech start with these guys last year, and we ended up on the podium.

“These guys are a giant family, and it feels great to be reunited with them. It will be nice to drive with Ari and Garett again, they have been awesome about welcoming me to the team.

“They had a great season finishing third in points standings last year, and I think we will gain momentum from there.”

Glavin added: “We are thrilled to have Dakota back with us at Sebring.”

“Dakota was with us last year for our first Twelve Hours of Sebring, and we were able to take home a second-place finish.

“He has the speed and has proven that racing with us last year and in the Prototype Challenge in previous years. The team is excited to have him back for another go at the top step.”
