Mustang Sampling has extended its marketing partnership agreement with Action Express Racing into next year’s IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship season.

Since the partnership began four years ago, the North Carolina-based team has taken the Prototype driver and teams’ championships in 2014-15, the Michelin Endurance Cup from 2014-17 and a record-setting Rolex 24 At Daytona victory this year.

Mustang Sampling has also generated success away from the track through its partnership with the team, utilizing the marketing program to drive awareness, engage with clients and customers, and energize employee enthusiasm.

Providing custom solutions of products and services globally to the Natural Gas, Natural Gas Liquids (NGL), and Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) industries, the company is the innovator of Analytically Accurate solutions within sample conditioning systems.

Operating globally from offices in Ravenswood, W.V., Houston, Canonsburg, Penn., and Dallas, N.C., Mustang Sampling continues to pioneer integrated control systems.

Carrying a similar goal set as the race team, Mustang Sampling focuses on continuous improvement that is proven in the field.

“Our partnership with the team has developed in a way that we couldn’t have even imagined when we first started working together in 2015,” said company president Ken Thompson, who along with his wife Brenda, is a regular presence in the IMSA paddock showing their support in person.

“The team has delivered incredible performance, and we’ve been fortunate to develop a number of new opportunities for Mustang Sampling through our involvement, so this is a program that we were eager to continue into the future. We are already looking forward to Daytona.”

“We are thrilled to continue our program with Mustang Sampling to be the title sponsor of our No. 5 Mustang Sampling Racing Cadillac Prototype,” said team owner Bob Johnson.

“We are proud to build on this partnership and look forward to continuing to deliver for Mustang Sampling both on and off of the track.”
