The pair of factory Chevrolet Corvette C8.Rs have unloaded in all-new liveries ahead of this weekend’s Mobil 1 Twelve Hours of Sebring.
Both the Nos. 3 and 4 entries are now in a primary grey color instead of the previous split yellow/silver designs that had been on the cars since the mid-engined Corvette’s debut in 2020.
The No. 3 car of Jordan Taylor, Antonio Garcia and Nicky Catsburg is grey with a red stripe while the Tommy Milner, Nick Tandy and Alexander Sims-driven No. 4 car features white accents.
There are no hints of the manufacturer’s traditional yellow color on either car.
Factory Corvettes have only raced a handful of times without yellow, the most recent being in the 2019 FIA World Endurance Championship round at Shanghai when its solo Corvette C7.R was sporting a special silver Redline livery.
It’s understood the liveries are for Sebring-only, celebrating its partnership with Mobil 1.
