Nissan is poised to enter the TUDOR United SportsCar Championship next year in GT Daytona, with the manufacturer’s GT-R GT3 seen testing today at Silverstone in IMSA spec.
Alex Buncombe handled testing duties of the car, which featured the class spec GTD rear wing and other minor aero modifications.
No official announcement has been made from the Japanese manufacturer. However, it’s understood that the TBA effort in the TUDOR Championship GTD entry list has been earmarked for a Nissan GT-R.
More details are expected to come later this week. For now, check out a small selection of spy photos from the test.
