Harry Tincknell led the way in warmup for today’s Motul Petit Le Mans, with Mazda Motorsports leading the way in its final outing in the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship.

Tincknell laid down a best lap of 1:10.181 in the No. 55 Mazda RT24-P to outpace the No. 10 Wayne Taylor Racing Acura ARX-05 of Ricky Taylor by 0.812 seconds.

Earl Bamber, a last-minute substitute to Kevin Magnussen, recorded the third quickest time in his first laps of the weekend in the No. 01 Chip Ganassi Racing Cadillac DPi-V.R.

Bamber is making a sooner-than-expected DPi debut after Magnussen has been ruled out of the race due to an undisclosed illness.

LMP2 was led by the No. 18 Era Motorsport Oreca 07 Gibson of Kyle Tilley while the No. 38 Performance Tech Motorsports Ligier JS P320 Nissan of Malthe Jakobsen was quickest in LMP3.

Matt Campbell led the way in GT Le Mans in the No. 79 WeatherTech Racing Porsche 911 RSR-19 while Bill Auberlen was quickest of the GT Daytona class entries in his No. 96 Turner Motorsport BMW M6 GT3.

The 20-minute session saw a single red flag for an accident by the No. 30 Jr III Racing Ligier LMP3 of Garret Grist. The session was quickly restarted.

Motul Petit Le Mans gets underway at 12:10 p.m. ET with live coverage on NBC.
