Barber to Kick Off 2019 Super Trofeo Season

Barber Motorsports Park will serve as the new kickoff round for Lamborghini Super Trofeo North America, which has released its 2019 schedule, including confirmation of the end-of-year World Final.

The 2.38-mile, 15-turn circuit outside of Birmingham, Ala. will play host to Rounds 1 and 2 of the season, in support of the IndyCar Series weekend on April 5-7.

Return trips to Watkins Glen International, Road America, Virginia International Raceway and WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca, all in conjunction with the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship, are confirmed, with the final round of the North America season set for Circuito de Jerez on Oct. 24-25.

It will be immediately followed by the World Final, combining all three of Lamborghini’s single-make series, at the Spanish circuit.

Aug. 2-4 — Road America
Aug. 23-25 — Virginia International Raceway
Sept. 13-15 — WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca
Oct. 24-25 — Jerez
Oct. 26-27 — Jerez World Final
