Jaden Conwright will make his return to Lamborghini Super Trofeo North America competition, having been confirmed in World Speed’s newly added second entry with Cam Aliabadi for the remainder of the season.

The pairing join the team’s sister entry of Scott Huffaker and Courtney Crone, which debuted in last month’s pair of season-opening rounds at Sebring International Raceway.

Conwright has a long history with World Speed, having been awarded the VMB Driver Development Scholarship in 2014 while also winning the Formula Car Challenge FS championship before graduating to Pro Formula Mazda competition in 2015, where he finished runner-up/

He was the inaugural recipient of the IMSA Diverse Driver Development Scholarship in 2022, which helped propel him into IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship GTD competition with Lamborghini squad NTE Sport.

The 24-year-old Californian will be joined by Aliabadi, who also holds previous experience in the one-make series after winning the 2021 Lamborghini Pilota Program.

“The new car showed up a few weeks ago, and when it got here we were still in negotiations,” said team principal Telo Stewart.

“The team got the car race ready and Scott Huffaker shook it down last week at Sonoma.

“We are really excited to bring Jaden back home, and to add a new driver to the WSM team. Having two competitive sets of drivers in the Pro-Am class is exactly how we wanted to show up to Monterey.”

Super Trofro North America returns to action next month at WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca.
