Kelly-Moss Racing will field a total of seven entries in Porsche Carrera Cup North America, including five new-generation type-992 Porsche 911 GT3 Cup race cars.
The Madison, Wis.-based operation has confirmed Alan Metni and Rene Robicahud alongside the previously announced entries for Sebastian Priaulx, Sebastian Carazo and Kay van Berlo.
In addition, Tom Balames and Joe Lombardo will race previous-generation 991.2 machinery in the Pro-Am 991 class beginning with this month’s season-opening rounds at Sebring International Raceway.
“We are very excited to be campaigning the all-new Porsche 992 and can not wait to get them on track in Sebring,” said Kelly-Moss director of operations Andy Kilcoyne.
“It is always exciting to learn and develop new race cars, and these Porsche 992’s look amazing.
“I know they will be fun for our drivers and put on a great show for the fans.”
Kelly-Moss is expected to be the team with the most entries in the new-for-2021 single-make series.
“I have never seen a stronger group of drivers than we have this season at Kelly-Moss,” said team president Jeff Stone.
“With the new cars it is sure to be one of the most competitive and exciting seasons I have ever been a part of.
“I can’t thank all the crew in the shop enough for all their hard work on the new cars getting them ready for the first official test at Sebring next week.”
