Schubert Motorsport and ST Racing have taken delivery of their new BMW M4 GT3s, as the first wave of customers to receive the new-for-2022 GT3 contender.

Both teams, which are scheduled to take part in next month’s Hankook 24H Dubai with the cars, were on hand at BMW’s headquarters in Munich on Wednesday for the deliveries.

As previously reported by Sportscar365, the German manufacturer has prioritized deliveries according to teams’ race debuts, with Dubai being the first major international event on next year’s sports car racing calendar.

Teams taking part in the Rolex 24 at Daytona, including Turner Motorsport and at least one other IMSA GT Daytona class entrant, are expected to be in the next wave of deliveries.

Canadian-based ST Racing, which won the 24H Series GT4 class title this year, plans to campaign one of its new cars in Creventic’s top class next year for the full season, alongside a parallel Fanatec GT World Challenge America powered by AWS program.
