GetSpeed Performance has confirmed a two-car Mercedes-AMG effort in the Asian Le Mans Series, while also laying out plans to join the grid for the Hankook 24H Dubai.

The Adam Osieka-led squad will field a pair of Mercedes-AMG GT3 Evos in the five-round Asian championship, which kicks off on Dec. 2-3 at the Sepang International Circuit in Malaysia.

Al Faisal Al Zubair will share the No. 7 Mercedes-AMG with Fabian Schiller and Martin Konrad, while a second car features Aaron Walker, Anthony Bartone and a yet-to-be-confirmed third driver.

Walker and Fanatec GT World Challenge America powered by AWS competitor Bartone have been teammates this season aboard a GetSpeed-entered Mercedes in International GT Open.

Bartone, Konrad and Schiller will then team up with Luca Stolz for the 24H Dubai, with the lineup for the second car to be revealed at a later date. It will mark the first time the German squad has contested the Middle Eastern enduro.

“We have put together an attractive racing program for the winter months,” said Osieka.

“Our involvement in the Asian Le Mans Series follows on from our successful debut this year. We’re also particularly looking forward to our debut at the 24 Hours of Dubai.

“Real endurance races suit us, as we’ve proven in the recent past. Now it’s a matter of competing for victory in this classic as well.”

Bartone, who won Rookie-of-the-Year honors in GT America powered by AWS, added: “The Asian Le Mans Series will be a great way to keep my driving skills and race craft progressing.

“I will be on the track for the first-time with prototypes. It will require me to focus not only forward but looking in my mirrors for faster cars coming up on me.

“With our schedule it will be a great opportunity to keep learning on some new tracks with some faster cars around me.”

Additionally, Osieka confirmed that GetSpeed will take part in Mercedes-AMG’s Young Driver Test, set to take place on Nov. 9-10 at Circuit Ricardo Tormo in Valencia.

“We are bringing three Mercedes-AMG GT3s to Spain,” he said. “Two of them will be driven by a total of four hopeful young talents who want to recommend themselves for higher tasks.”
