Laurent Puts DC Racing on Pole for 6H Buriram

Thomas Laurent took pole position on Friday for Jackie Chan DC Racing x Jota ahead of the Six Hours of Buriram. 

He posted a time of 1:25.597 in his No. 8 Oreca 05 Nissan at the Thai circuit, going a mere 0.009 seconds clear of Pipo Derani in the BBT-run Ligier JS P2 Nissan. 

The sister DC Racing car of Jazeman Jaafar will start from third on the grid alongside the ARC Bratislava Ligier which was qualified by Gustavo Yacaman.

Josh Burdon put the KCMG Ligier JS P3 Nissan on the class pole in LMP3 while Gabriel Aubry put the DC Racing LMP3 entry into second on the grid.

Ollie Milroy secured the GT class honors by just 0.001 seconds in the FIST-Team AAI Ferrari 488 GT3 ahead of the Tianshi Racing Team Audi R8 LMS.

The Six Hours of Buriram gets underway at 11 a.m. local time on Saturday.
