Alessio Rovera will stand in for Ben Barnicoat in AF Corse’s LMP2 Pro-Am lineup in next week’s 4 Hours of Aragon.

Confirmed as part of a 42-car entry list released for the event, the Italian driver will partner with Bronze-rated Francois Perrodo and Matthieu Vaxiviere aboard the No. 83 Oreca 07 Gibson.

Rovera will sub for full-season driver Ben Barnicoat, who is unable to compete in Spain due to a clash with IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship race at Virginia International Raceway.

Barnicoat and Vasser Sullivan co-driver Jack Hawksworth, who will be replaced at the Aragon event by Bent Viscaal, currently lead the GTD Pro standings with three rounds remaining.

The remainder of the entry list remains largely unchanged from the previous round at Paul Ricard, with Filipe Albuquerque confirmed alongside Daniel Schneider and Andy Meyrick in United Autosports’ LMP2 Pro-Am entry.

Tom van Rompuy is not listed aboard the No. 3 DKR Engineering Oreca, with the third driver alongside Sebastian Alvarez and Nathanael Berthon yet to be confirmed.

In LMP3, Polish Bronze-rated driver Jacek Zielonka joins Glenn van Berlo aboard the No. 10 Eurointernational Ligier JS P320 Nissan in a seat that was held by Matthias Luethen at the previous round at Paul Ricard.

Nicklas Nielsen, meanwhile, will continue aboard the No. 50 Formula Racing Ferrari 488 GTE Evo after joining the Danish squad at Le Castellet.
