Harry Tincknell will complete Jota Sport’s lineup for the European Le Mans Series, returning to the British team for a third consecutive year.
The 24-year-old Englishman joins Simon Dolan and Giedo van der Garde in the Gibson 015S Nissan for the six-round series, as well as the 24 Hours of Le Mans, pending entry from the ACO.
The former Nissan LMP1 factory driver is coming off a strong 2015 season, with a class victory and two poles in five starts en route to a third place finish in the championship.
“We’ve had a lot of success together over the past two seasons and I believe we’ve grown stronger as a team each year,” Tincknell said.
“My aim is to win the European Le Mans Series Championship title. We’ve come really close for the past two years and we need to nail it this year – and I firmly believe we can.
“The atmosphere at Jota is absolutely fantastic and the team is going from strength to strength.”
