The 83rd edition of 24 Hours of Le Mans will take place on June 13-14, 2015, the FIA announced Thursday during its latest World Motor Sport Council meeting.
The confirmation comes just ten days after this year’s twice-around-the-clock endurance classic, which was held on the same weekend.
Additionally, the annual Le Mans test day will be held again two weeks prior to the race on May 31.
While IMSA has yet to release its 2015 schedule, the test day is again expected to clash with the Detroit round of the TUDOR United SportsCar Championship.
