Mathias Beche will make his return to the FIA World Endurance Championship in next month’s Six Hours of Shanghai with Manor.

The Swiss driver, who is on the brink of the European Le Mans Series LMP2 title with Thiriet by TDS Racing, will join Tor Graves and Roberto Gonzalez at the wheel of Manor’s No. 45 Oreca 05 Nissan for the Chinese round.

It will mark Beche’s third different team he has driven for in the WEC this season, after taking part in the 24 Hours of Le Mans with TDS before switching back to Rebellion Racing for the Nürburgring round.

Beche was slated to complete the WEC season with the Anglo-Swiss squad prior to its scaling back to a single LMP1 Privateer entry following the German round.

Shanghai will also mark Roberto Gonzalez’s team debut with Manor, following the Mexican’s start with Greaves Motorsport in last month’s Six Hours of Mexico.

GP2 standout Alex Lynn, who made his WEC debut in Manor’s No. 45 car at Fuji, moves to the No. 44 entry alongside Richard Bradley and Matt Rao, replacing Spaniard Roberto Merhi.

The Six Hours of Shanghai is set for Nov. 4-6.
