Clemens Schmid will rejoin Akkodis ASP Team in place of Timur Boguslavskiy for the 6 Hours of Sao Paulo.

Confirmed as part of the entry list issued for the fifth FIA World Endurance Championship round, the Austrian driver will team up with Arnold Robin and Kelvin van der Linde aboard the No. 78 Lexus RC F GT3.

Schmid made his WEC debut in May when he replaced Boguslavskiy for the 6 Hours of Spa-Francorchamps, after which the Russian racer returned to the lineup for the 24 Hours of Le Mans earlier this month.

Elsewhere on the entry list, Proton Competition has reverted to a two-driver lineup for the No. 99 Porsche 963 as Neel Jani teams up with Julien Andlauer.

As previously reported by Sportscar365, Harry Tincknell is unavailable as a result of clashing commitments with the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship round at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park.

Alex Lynn and Earl Bamber, meanwhile, will again race as a duo aboard the No. 2 Cadillac V-Series.R after Alex Palou joined them at Le Mans.

Notably, Mike Conway is listed aboard the No. 7 Toyota GR010 Hybrid alongside Kamui Kobayashi and Nyck de Vries.

Conway missed Le Mans earlier this month after he suffered fractures to his ribs and collarbone in a cycling accident in the days leading up to the test day.

Toyota has yet to officially confirm whether or not the Briton will be able to race in Brazil.
