Entries for the 2027 Porsche Carrera Cup North America season are now open, ahead of next year’s season opener at Daytona International Speedway.

The IMSA-sanctioned single-make series will kick off its seventh season at Daytona on Jan. 20-23, supporting the WeatherTech SportsCar Championships season-opening Rolex 24 at Daytona.

The championship will also enter its second season with the Type-992.2 Porsche 911 Cup combined with the Pirelli tire package, which combined for qualifying and race lap records in the series this season.

Daytona has been the latest addition to the calendar that features other high-profile events, alongside returning visits to the Mobil 1 Twelve Hours of Sebring, Grand Prix of Long Beach, Formula 1 Miami Grand Prix, SportsCar Endurance Grand Prix at Road America, and Petit Le Mans at Road Atlanta.

The season will culminate at Circuit of The Americas, where Carrera Cup North America will again race on the world stage alongside the Formula 1 United States Grand Prix

Daytona, Sebring, Road America, and Road Atlanta will also form the ANDIAL Cup – a championship within a championship – which awards separate points and trophies to drivers who choose to compete only on these traditional road courses.

Through the latest rounds at Road Atlanta, Carrera Cup North America has contested 94 races across 12 circuits, with 149 drivers making race starts in the championship. Across those races, competitors have accumulated 163,928 racing miles, equivalent to more than six and a half laps around the earth.
