Lamborghini Super Trofeo Asia will return from a three-year hiatus in 2023, with a six-event schedule kicking off at Sepang International Circuit in May.

The series was put on hold for three years due to the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, but will embark on its ninth season next year with a schedule that visits Malaysia, Australia, Japan, South Korea and China.

Sepang, which hosted the series’ first race back in 2012, will serve as the season opener on May 5-7 before the championship then travels to Australia for the first time.

The Bend Motorsport Park is the venue for Round 2, followed by races at Fuji International Speedway and the Everland Speedway located in South Korea.

Round 5 is set to be contested in Shanghai while the date and location for the sixth and final round at the World Final remains to be announced.

Lamborghini will reveal the host venue for the 2023 edition of its annual end-of-year-event at Portimao next weekend.

June 9-11 — The Bend Motorsport Park
July 14-16 — Fuji International Speedway
Aug. 18-20 — Everland Speedway
